Our Craftsmanship Story

History

Mike Levins started framing in 1999 later earning his journeyman ticket. Melissa graduated from NAIT with a certificate in Engineering Design and Drafting in 2000. Together they founded Melmikcon in 2005, working with local home builders over the years gaining a reputation for quality builds in a timely manner. Mike takes pride in his work and eagerly teaches the next generation of framers.

In 2024 Melmikcon started the next phase of their company by starting a shop prefabricating walls for multi family residences.

Why Prefab?

By using prefabrication , your project will be ensured to have consistency, accuracy and efficient use of materials due to top of the line quality control. On site, you will be able to have multiple trades working on the same project with tighter timelines to help deter on site theft.

Using SolidBuilder software we will take your building plans and create the perfect design.

Hornet

Using the precision of the Hornet saw we use the design files to cut and assemble your walls.

Prefabrication

After your walls are assembled they will be shipped to your project site.
